If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

 

We offer free returns within 10 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please send an email to info@sashpet.com and include your Order Number, or simply, reply to the confirmation email that was sent to you with the specifics of the item/items you would like returned.

 

Refunds

Once item has been received, then the refund process will commence. It may take some time for the funds to be returned to your credit card.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
